Maintenance

Before every move in we have the apartment professionally cleaned and painted. We will conduct maintenance checks to ensure all appliances, plumbing, lighting, and HVAC are running properly and complete safety and security checks to replace batteries in smoke detectors.

You do not have to be present for a technician to perform work unless requested to. Service requests can be put in on your resident app where you can give our maintenance team permission to enter if you are not there.

We offer 24/7 emergency maintenance to ensure that any urgent issues, such as plumbing or electrical problems, are addressed as quickly as possible.

If something in your apartment needs repair, you can easily submit a maintenance request through our mobile app directly or by calling or visiting the office during business hours to report the issue.

If you’re locked out of your apartment you can contact our emergency maintenance number, and a member of our team will come to assist you. Please be sure to have a valid ID ready to confirm your residency. We’ll help you get back inside as quickly as possible.

Amenities

Yes, we provide free parking for our residents, with the option of reserved parking available at an additional cost. Some units also feature attached garages. Visitors don’t require a parking pass; they simply need the resident to grant them access at our gated entrance.

We offer a variety of amenities such as a swimming pool, 24/7 fitness center, 24/7 emergency maintenance, clubroom, outdoor grilling, two fire pits, yoga lawn, lounge room, dog park, dog washing station, bike repair stations, EV charging stations, package lockers, business center, community events and socials.

Yes, our community is pet-friendly! Some of our pet-friendly features include: On-Site Dog Park, pet waste stations, pet friendly walking paths, and pet events!

All of our apartments come equipped with essential appliances to make your life easier. Standard appliances include: Refrigerator, stove and oven, microwaves, dishwasher, washer and dryer.

Currently, we do not offer furnished apartments. We do however work with Cort Furniture Rental to help provide rental furniture if you are looking for a furnished home.

The Fitness Center is open 24/7 and our Pool is available from 9am-9pm year-round.

Yes, we are offering free parking for our residents plus we offer reserved parking at an additional cost

You may have up to two pets.

Application approval typically takes between 24 to 72 hours. Once your application is processed, we'll notify you of the status. If additional information is required, we’ll reach out to you promptly to keep things moving along.

You can use our resident app to pay your rent on the go, set up automatic payments, and track your payment history. You can also make payments at the leasing office during business hours via a cashiers or personal check.

Yes, renters’ insurance is required for all residents. We offer a renters insurance plan for $16 a month through Foxen.

ID Verification and most recent proof of income

You can set up your utilities through Huntsville Utilities, which handles electricity, water, and gas services. To get started, simply visit their website or contact their customer service to set up your accounts.

Currently, no utilities are included in your rent. You will be responsible for setting up and paying for utilities. Electric is set up through Huntsville Utilities and internet through AT&T Fiber. We do offer a smart bundle that includes a flat water/sewage rate, valet trash, and pest control.
